Teenage Riot may be one of their better-known songs, but I kind of doubt there's any concensus among fans that it's a "must play." In fact, I'm not sure if SY has any such songs. If you ask people on this board which classics they most want to hear, I think you'll get a variety of answers. It's not comparable to Aerosmith not playing Dream On or Skynryd not playing Freebird. |
Or Slayer playing "Angel of Death."

hello everyone. i just returned from the st louis show.
The songs (not in order, maybe someone else can help with that): All of The Eternal minus Thunderclap The Sprawl Cross the Breeze Hey Joni Shadow of a Doubt Stereo Sanctity White Cross closed with Death Valley '69 All in all, excellent show. Great outdoor venue, wonderful weather. The stage was set on the banks of the Mississippi River with the Gateway Arch in the background. Thurston joked about relocating to STL and asked if there was any room in the Arch. Fireworks after the show, following Thurston's direction to the rest of the band to "feedback until the fireworks start." Best SY show I've seen in my 10 years of attending SY shows. Come back soon! |

I don't remember hearing White Cross, but the other two mentioned as "???" on there were definitely played.

He probably does play on it; sometimes the setlists are not totally updated. |
