the slam in ghost world is at chicks who pretend to be cool by knowing who sonic youth are, not a slam at sonic youth. clowes is a big fan from what I read.

i've seen that book in the library for several months and i'm trying to buy it, cause the title make me curious about it.
But is worth spending the money?

I've read five Neil Gaiman books this year and seen him in person three times. I'm not even that big a fan of his. Weird.

He's highly overrated.

better to be overrated and read than underrated and left on a shelf to moulder

I've read some of his Sandman graphic novels and wasn't overly impressed. I've read better.
