Been listening to Boom Bip steady for two days now, magnificent mix of blissful beats and sleepy lo-fi electronics, with washy guitars. No wonder Boards of Canada love this guy. I have a feeling these albums are going to be staples in my music collection for years to come. The remixes on Corymb are stellar! Venetian Snares (Insane remix of the track featuring Buck 65), Boards of Canada, Lali Puna, Four Tet, and cLOUDDEADs all remix track and take the already fantastic tracks and make them even better.

These albums are the blood that flows through my veins and the sounds rattling around in my head.

I love this and I particularly love the album he did with Doseone (Circle).

Incidentally, Doseone has a new album out soon.

I often listen to it myself.

You may like the records that this guy plays on his podcast. He used to play in a great punk band called Last Sons of Krypton, as well as many other.

I am listening to P16.D4's ''Distruct''. Some mindbending sax and electronic manipulations by this old German collective which operated from 1980 to 1988. Seriously weird album this one.

This single is career highlight if you ask me, forget what you know from later pop hits from later linups, this is deep spooky proto-metal. single studio version & various live versions:
