yeah they've been touring like that for almost two years now, since they play the Merriweather Post Pavilion material actually. I think that now the album is about to be released, Deakin might come back

Yeah I'm going back home everyday for lunchbreak, I'm the only one in my class to do that though. Using the subway I can be back home in 15 minutes, and as I have 2 hours to eat almost everyday, I can eat at home. All my friends eat at school though

al shabbray 10.18.2008 07:44 AM

oh yes thats nice. I remmeber being hungry like a dog at noon in school.
when does it start in the morning?
normal time in germany is half past 7 am I think

Ok, I didn't understand that you were talking about the first part of the baccalaureat.
And you're 18, so,...
I don't think there's a word in english to say " redoubler" (maybe being held back), so did you repeat a year ?

Actually, I did "sauter une classe" (skipped a year?) when I was in CP, then I "redoubler" (repeated) twice
I've had quite the most unconventionnal school curse ever

I skipped a year when I was six, but I was in a VERY bad school, so the few next years were a real nightmare (I mean, a REAL nightmare). So my mom asked the teachers for me to repeat a year, but the teachers didn't want to: they wanted me to skip another year. hghdfgdf (sorry that's the part where my neighbour's cat walked on the keyboard)
Finally, my mother got me scholarised at home, so that I could repeat a year and go back to my normal level; eventually I did all my "collège" at home. When my parents divorced, I did repeat another year.
I finally got back at school for high school.

HECKLER SPRAY 10.18.2008 08:08 AM

You did ALL your college at home ?
Well, it must have been a bit long, no ?
It must be hard to make friends, hang out...
College years are fundametal, in my opinion.

SYRFox 10.18.2008 08:15 AM

Yeah I did not make a LOT of friends during this period, though I've had some, as I played tennis in club and music (piano + "solfège") in a school. But then anyway I moved to Lille last year and I lost contact with most of my friends (not that it bugs me, though)

al shabbray 10.18.2008 11:39 AM

"freinds" then...if it doesnt bug you

_slavo_ 10.18.2008 11:41 AM

hello dudes. how you doing?

al shabbray 10.18.2008 11:43 AM

hey slavo

I am doing fine, munching some mCDonalds shit into myself
