I've been scanning through a few 'feminist' writers of late. Lispector, Duras, Cixous, Irigaray and my dear Ms Kane. All of whom I'd heartily recommend.

Also, Philip Gross' Changes of Address - especially the Wasting Game - is some of the better new poetry I've read of late. So read that.

My friend gave me Sarah Kanes complete works the other day, ive been sipping through that, plus ive nearly finished American Psycho so i think ill need to start reading this soon just to balance out the psyche.

How did you like it? I'm like 300 pages in and gotta say that I liked The Corrections more....a bit of a disappointment, honestly. Franzen namedropping bands seemed really lame to me and I really don't give a shit about the characters.
