I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but my friend's brother watches it everyday I hear it all the damn time.
From what I have heard and seen, it would be a much better movie if it wasn't a musical.

I mad eit all the way through that movie at the theater. things that work on a stage seem so fucking hokey and shitty (especially the songs) whe placed into a movie.

It was just endlessly repeated phrases and stupid stupid banalities . whoever wrote those songs sucks ass.

the story is as old as time, and the songs are very very very stupid; nobody gives a good performance and it's just trite and silly without much fun.

I dunno, I found I got really bored a lot during it. Although I didn't watch from the beginning, the reason I stopped watching is because I was bored stiff.
