Turkish players in your team, anyone?

I don't have any Turks... didn't expect them to win their last two games! In fact I had so much confidence in a clean sheet for Croatia that I had a Croatian defender as a sub, so that I could wildcard Robben or Van Persie out for a non-playing forward/midfielder as a back-up plan for either of them not starting.

Surely, I'll have to look into it now, but who? It's much safer to bet on the Germans...

thinking about adding a few turks because they could well be this years greece... turkey russia final is not too far away!

god this spain italy game is dreadful. the italians know how to kill a game and make it boring as fuck... i suppose thats what happens when you have wayne coyne coaching you!

Well deserved elimination. Horrid teamplay by italy. Spain didn't play a great game but they totally deserved the victory.
As I said, Russia ftw.

When after just eight(!) minutes into the game the entire Italian team are on their own half waiting for the Spanish to come out, then you know it's going to be a dreadfully long boring 120 minutes. I suppose they missed Pirlo in this game, but sorry nic fit, I'm glad they're out.

i think spain played well, considering that italy never gave them any space or time on the ball, there were some good moves and did well to create the few opportunities they did... russia v spain is hard to call, but i think that spain should do it...
in terms of my fantasy football team, its all gone pear shaped.

im still unbelievably holding onto a third place but the lead is becoming runaway... need my first round luck to come back...
