Lots of real tits have stretch marks. My wife's are real and about that size, and they have stretch marks, although they have faded.

yep, judging by her lips there's a good chance those tits are not 100% real.
stretchmarks+blue veins = not good, but maybe the pic emphasizes those flaws.

well, she has fairly broad shoulders... so large tits look natural on her... also, in this pic at least, her left tit looks larger than the right... and of course, if she had surgery on them, then they would have corrected that
