it's still just David Lynch jerking off on tape.
it's all he does. |
Quote:
sounds like the petty bitch he is. robert rodriguez just up and quit the guilds and decided to make movies his way with his people. attacking "hollywood" is pathetic. |
![]() watching.... now. |

I actually prefer the longer version of Dune (without his name on it). fuck toto. brian eno's where it's at. |
![]() 7/10. This was pretty good. |
Move over, visions of suffering...
![]() shaye and kiki - 11/10 the most bizarre thing I've ever seen/ ![]() here's a clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWvOVnCoz48 |
![]() Had to watch this one for a school assignment. Really liked it though. |
My last post was quite shit, but it somehow drew the most attention.
To be honest with you, I don't think Lynch really cares. |
![]() 7/10 |
last three were:
ichi the killer, finally!!! lived up to expecations in ways i didn't expect. witchfinder general: good but was expecting it to blow my mind. wall-e: fucking loved it, didn't expect it to be this good. |
I just saw The Hangover. There were a few chuckles to be had, but I wish I hadn't shelled out the dough to see it.
|
yeah thats one of those films where its obvious they put all the big laughs in the trailer.
I saw What Just Happened last week. |
Invocation of My Demon Brother.

^ WOW! I fucking love it! Thanks for that link.
![]() ![]() ![]() Bordello of Blood, and Night of the Demons were great. The Crawlers was lame...really, really lame. |
|

SOOOOO glad you saw it, man. This is totally one of my favorites! Plus, Linnea full frontal is always a bonus. |
Night of the Demons is pretty cool. I think I like the 2nd one better. Bordello of Blood is hilarious. Cory Feldman AND Dennis Miller... the fuck?!
I actually really like GRaduation Day. The lamest weapon in the history of horror movies (a fencing sword)... and Vanna White! I love all the scenes of the killer with the stop watch. Cool movie. |
I definitely like NOTD1 the best. But the series is awesome.
And yeah, BORDELLO is hilarious. |
![]() |
I like how the side picture of 4 of those 7 movies is a... woman (or "woman") yelling.
|
I just watched the new Giuseppe Andrews movie, DOILY'S SUMMER OF FREAK OCCURENCES. Another minor masterpiece. 8/10. Features the classic line "take my tampon out and fuck me"
|
Ah...Linnea Quigley. Such an awesome lady.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: 5/5 -Awfully damn good. It might even be my favorite David Fincher film so far. |
annie hall

![]() HELL YES! watched last night, superfun! much much much better than the first one! Melting grandma catapult scene made me laugh like a madman. Then had dreams about Tat Girl. too bad she's a lesbo biker. Dunno about the biker thing, but the lesbo seems spot on even irl judging by her youtube channel. will watch III later tonight, I'm not expecting much but II was worth the whole time needed to watch the trilogy. |
![]() Eh. Like all Apatow movies, it's not as funny as it wants to be or thinks it is. |
Yeah, I didn't care for pineapple express, mostly. It was a boring mess. I do like Superbad, as far as Apatow films go.
|
SUPERBAD is pretty unfuckwithable. Michael Cera's delivery is amazing in that one.
|
he's just not that into you - we ten to one vetoed this a few minutes in. renting it was a stupid choice in the first place.
the rocky horror picture show - seemed like the kinda thing i'd dig, and it was. my life needs more glam rawk OTTnessality. the lorax - why do we always end up watching this, ffs? this time was better, as my friend's older brother (and his friends) were totally blazed and watched with us. |

Next step is to go to a cast production. That is the epitome of epic if done properly. |
I think RHPS sucks. Just me?
|
It's not for everyone, I'll admit. I didn't think I'd like it and avoided it for years, but it only took once and I was hooked and doing the Time Warp.
|
rocky horror sucks

Oh my god, look at all these amazing horror films to buy:
http://www.stumpydisks.com/horror.html I am about to spend a whole paycheck on this site.. |
I don't blame you. There's stuff on that list I've been after for bloody years.
Freddie Francis' 'Girly' (UK title Mummsy, Nanny, Sonny and Girly) is a film I've read so much about without ever seeing. It's almost become a sort of obsession. Spend spend spend! |

I've ordered a lot from them. Good site. Good service. |
I tried to re-watch Virgin Suicides on free on-demand last night but I just got bored. Didn't finish it.
|
Rubik, The Amazing Cub - Did you know the actually made a children's cartoon show based on a magic Rubik's cube? Yeah, neither did I. Apparently a bunch of kids find a magic talking Rubik's Cube that they use to help them solve mysteries. Only in the 80s.
Anyway, I watched THE PIG FUCKING MOVIE (aka WEDDING TROUGH). No way to rate it. |
Will probably re-watch Doily again when the old lady comes over.
Doily lives with his psychic wife Haley Comet. She does readings, and has sex with clients on the side. He spends his days dishing with his friends Terrace and Sabado. At the beginning of one memorable summer, Doily is chased by a bee. The insect eventually hunts down and kills his buddy Terrace, who is then brought back to life by a mysterious alien object. Next, a client of Haley finds his hair cut and shampooed - and he didn’t do it. Then a dinner party at friend Colby Jack’s turns weird when the host is transformed into a giant pot pie. In between, our hero is attacked by a monster and a household slipper, and rediscovers his love for crystal meth. But when buddy Terrace turns up again, this time as a talking VCR, Doily starts getting scared. While Haley considers all these events mere “freak occurrences”, her lover man is convinced they are signs that someone is trying to kill him. |
