My last.fm scrobbles about three seconds of a track as a full track. I think it depends on the player. I used to have iTunes and the track wouldn't scrobble until 1/2-3/4 through the song. Now that I have Winamp, it takes much quicker.

So yeah, I guess it's possible some people aren't listening to the full track, though the numbers don't surprise me much given the mass hype this band has on the internet.

I just think it is fucking AWESOME that people worldwide can access music so readily. it is fucking dope.

hrm. My mistake. I thought it did. I am able to scrobble ten second or less tracks easily, though.

How? Last.fm won't let you scrobble a track at all if it's under.. I THINK... 30 seconds.

I'm using this plugin with Winamp 5.5. Works like a charm. :7)
