for all the horror stories one reads about how meds don't fix this and don't fix that, it's great to hear about it when they do what they're supposed to do.

i have an official adhd specialist appointment in a few days too and i'm excited to finally get this all under control. i've been doing non-medicinal stuff too (the pomodoro timer thing, which thank you for, dude) and meditation but meds are the thing that officially push me over the cliff of "i feel okay and can deal"
