anyone live in any of these places? I was born in Winchester (the number 1!) and lived there until i was 9. It's an alright place to live, very snobby and southern in the worst ways, and it has A LOT of drug problems which they try their best to hide.

This ranking was, if I remember correct, based on a number of different factors: Crime, Environment, Lifestyle, Education, Employment.

The town I'm from was named the most average town in America because it matched almost exactly to the 2000 Census. There's one small exception; turns out Wichita Falls has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Texas, and Texas has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the US, and the US has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the world.
