What the hell does that involve? EDIT: shake a leg Informal 1. To dance. 2. To move quickly; hurry up. I was aware of meaning 2, but never heard it in the context of meaning 1! |
Pookie, your posts are too sexually charged, today. It involves shaking ONE leg, not TWO, but just ONE.

Is that shaking one leg the way Kenneth Connor used to in the Carry On films? |
You don't wanna know. It's like complete liberation of the senses, a ritual that affects your body and transcends your being. That is putting it in a simple way,' cause, Pookie, trust me it's even better than that.

Went out last night for drinks and that. Bumped into a lot of people and met some people I hadn't met before which was nice.
Will probably bum around today before going to a barbeque this evening. Have just bought some records on ebay. Tomorrow...record fair! Hooray. Will try not to go too crazy. |

Really? It's not an over-used expression, but i've heard people using quite a number of times. |
My boss has been known to say 'shake a leg' quite often. In a very commanding way, such as 'if you're going to that meeting, you better shake a leg!' or 'you're going to be late? well, all I can tell you is shake a leg'.
