 The storyline in 'Brum' is extremely visual. This means that all the action, adventures and comedy in the programmes are also visually-based. Children do not need much language to understand what's happening. Brum always comes to the rescue, either saving a falling statue, catching a falling rock or booting out the baddies! The programmes often have 'naughty' people, but they are theatrical, making them faintly ridiculous, rather than frightening, and instantly identifiable to the child. Brum always comes to the rescue, and all the children love this 'super-cruising, super-hero'. Screamingskull is a super-cruising, super-hero! Keep super-cruisin', babe! |
