anyhoo they are good not great, an ok band. like stereolab minus the frenchness and without being extraordinaire.

I find their album to be half filler, and half good songs. nothing earth shattering.

i really like cryptograms.

well they're coming here tomorow but i really dont have the time to go and see them.

theyve had a few songs which i have found amazing; cryptograms, strange lights, spring hall convert, providence, flourescent grey, and wash off.

oh cool I didnt know they were off their hiatus. Yeah they are a pretty cool band, some times I really dig it and sometimes its boring. cool dudes tho

The first half of Cryptograms reminded me of Spacemen 3. I wished that they would rock out more like a few other people have said. I really like the end of Cryptograms (song).

I just started listening to them and I'd have to agree with Rob Instigator and Everyneurotic.

First listen I thought it was just mindless-delay-ambient bullshit with not very much there.... however its getting better with each listen..

You know that dude's come into my job a few times, he's nice as hell, but, he doesn't really strike me as being all that unhealthy looking.

I've read a few interviews with him where he just comes off as a dick and completely ridiculous.

Maybe that's just how he wants to portray himself, maybe he's not bad in real life, but his image is silly.

Yeah I totally get what you're talking about/where you're coming from.
I've read his interviews and been surprised by how different he seems from the guy I've sold little knick knacks to.
