the 360 is imo, the best of the 3 next gen consoles. Firstly, the xbox live gaming community is by AND far the best around.

Secondly, the ps3 may have the 360 beat as far as techs and specs are concerned, but its not that noticible of a difference.

Thirdly, the only reason i was considering buying a ps3 was final fantasy (which recently announced they would be 360 compatible from here on out), and metal gear solid 4. While MGS4 is amazing, it is not worth the price of the ps3 plus the game itself. I appreciate the ps3, but i ain't about spending that much money on a system that im only going to play a few games on. As far as bang for yr buck goes, the 360 is yr best bet. Plus, all of those technical problems the 360 is known for is covered with warrantees. my 360 broke only after playing 10 minutes of the sonic tennis game that it came with and playing 1 episode of Firefly (ironically, i watched the episode "trash"). I turned the console off, then the next day it refused to read any and all discs i tried playing. I sent it in, and 2 or 3 weeks later i got a new box and a 1 month subscription to xbox live for free. No problems since (knock on wood).

Sure, a lot of the great games for the 360 look even better on the ps3, but if you are like everyone else and cant afford both systems, the 360 has more and better exclusive games, plus a better online gaming community and infrastructure set up. For instance, I have spent an ungodly amount of time playing oblivion. The reason i have been able to do this is because when i get bored, i get on Live and pwn n00bs in h3 or call of duty 4.

what i want is for the 360 and ps3 have a tournament in all of their competitive online games, and find out who prefers which system, and what system the best players play.
