Speaking of scarves, a friend of mine knitted me the biggest scarf I've ever seen last fall. No joke, the thing is like 8 inches wide and 8 or 9 feet long with another 4 inches for the tassles. Green and black.

I think it took her like 2 months or something. It's been thinking about cannibalizing it and making a normal size scarf and a guitar strap, but I'm not handy with sewing.
