Apparently this Best Buy/ITunes bonus track IS going to be offered to all the BEGN people eventually. ITunes has exclusive rights to it for about 90 days then Matador will send us all a FLAC/MP3 or whatever you want link to it.

Silver Rocket LIVE @ Battery Park is on the Japanese pressing of the LIVE disc that comes with the Sonik Tooth Box but it is NOT on the vinyl pressing Matador is giving as a bonus to BEGNers.

Intead of stray mp3's, Matador should have given us a digital 2nd disc of like 12 tracks with downloadable artwork.

dudes, it's NOT a digipack. It's just folded cardboard that the CD slides into vinyl record style.

A digipack is what LIVE AT THE CONTINENTAL CLUB or LIVE IN VENLO or GOO DEMOS came in. It's a piece of cardboard with a plastic jewel case thingy to hold the CD. Don't get it twisted.

True true. What's out there now replicates the vinyl in a CD size slip cover. I think the jewel case versions are coming later.

Was there ever a way to get the Record Store Day tracks as FLACs, too? I didn't see any, but would have liked that (without HAVING to shell out for the Japanese pressing - which may eb the solution in the end ANYWAYS... [smirk])

I don't know if they'll post the Records Store Day Tracks on the BEGN site for the Eternal, but for the last Stephen Malkmus BEGN they eventually the b-Sides from the Record Store Day only 10 inch he released that year.

There was also a link with the first email about the "upcoming sale" at the SY store for Ticket Purchasers... it had a bonus track too (Brave Men Run (live, Chicago 1985))... I'd think that counts... (unless it's from somewhere/someTHING else - but I don't recognize it)
