I would have never figured Norway would have a problem.
Isn't there a black player on your national team? |
Yeah, John Carew. It's not a vert visual problem, but many football fans here are FrP-voting racist assholes.
|
sometimes i think hooliganism should be legalized and regulated, because the lengths the more dedicated hooligans take to go out and fight rival fans is often quite impressive. They will never get rid of it. i mean a lot of show downs between hooligans are often organized mutually by both sides in advance, and if they are consenting to beating the shit out of each other, why not just let them?
|
But to change the topic a bit, it's a shame that Norway dident get themself to the World Championship:p they used to be fairly good
|
How often do those 'organized fights' spill over into the streets? Thats bogus.
I read that Polish hooligans organized a hooligan tournament prior to the World Cup. |

Anthropologists have been doing studies on Football Hooliganism for a little while now. You just don't know it because you're still in highschool. |

What a game when they upset Brazil in 98. |

Oh, but I'm not. And I still think its stupid. |
Oh yeah, I was standing in front of the TV, and I could not belive my own eyes. That last goal by Ketil Rekdal, man o' man.
Hey, you're getting repped for knowing that shit, |
Ah, that was a classic though.
Thanks. |

that's why it should be organized and regulated, i mean why shouldn't consenting adults be allowed to beat the crap out of one another? |
I found that gladiator idea quite amusing
|
We already have this:

You're not in highschool? Even worse. Atleast you'd have an excuse for your lack of intelligence. |
yeah, but the average thugs can't all become profesional boxer. so why not just let them fight it out, out of the way of people who don't want to get involved?

Dude, Tyson is RED!

that analogy is utterly foolish. but then khchris is a spastic. |
It isn't a bad idea T&B. I actually quite like it. But I doubt authorities in any country would allow it. Let alone the protests from FIFA. Dirtying the game, and so on.
Though it doesn't really have anything to do with the game... |
i agree with toilet and bowels.
in english town/city centres, its normal every night after closing time to see people kicking the shit out of each other, shouting, arguing .. any kind of horrible violent shit you can think of. so i dont think its such a bad thing to let hooligans kick the shit out of each other instead of forcing them to beat some poor innocent guys head in cuz the police wont let them fight other nuts who actualy really want to fight. im not takling about world cup here but national. and i think the autorities in england have done a good job keeping the violence off the terraces and off the busy street before and after the game. but the firms want it so bad that they try to set up their fights out of the way of the match away from all the normal fans- but the cops still dont let em. so they go into the centre after and beat the living shit out of some unlucky blokes in the pub who have nothing to do with football or hooliganism then they smash the windows and are able to get home without getting nicked. when they go to a game, they have their heart set on a fight because thats what they love to do, so if there is a way to let them fight other hooligans, who gets hurt? just the people who choose to. i know a bit abit about it cuz i used to work with a hooligan in england and i also knew another guy who was into it, actualy theyre not bad guys to work with but i wouldnt wanna go to footy with em. |
wimpy police? in england?
they dont use guns but i tell ya theyre as vicious as american cops, they just beat you with sticks instead of shooting you dead, in fact, half our cops seem to like a good fight as much as the hooligans. id say fighting in this way is just part of the english way, sad but true. |
