the spam moderation is out of control. you guys have no idea how much crap there constantly is in the moderation queue--even after deleting all accounts by specific ip's and purging/banning users from entire domains. this is the way it's gonna have to be for at least a month--until it seems that we've killed off as many malicious accounts as possible. after that, i'll put things back and just rely on the registration mods to at least filter bots out.

sorry. but as atsonic points out--there are ways to make due. i know it's inconvenient, but it's only temporary.

Hey Chris, I work as a SEO specialist/web developer. Have you considered putting nofollow tags on all the outbound links? I really dig dofollow, but this site is a pagerank 6 and a prime target for spammers and malicious link sellers. This should largely cut down on the amount of spam since the reason they sign up is to obtain a backlink.
