Coffee is fucking amazing. Tea as well. I always exercise caution when buying beans and leaves, grocery stores? hell nah. We've got a beautiful tea shop just down the street that has hundreds upon hundreds of different whole leaf teas and herbal blends. And as far as coffee, I buy beans from Alterra and Fair Trade beans from the local coffee shops. I prefer the darker blends, black as fuck. However, occasionally I'll have some doctored up Thai Coffee.

Speaking of coffee, has anyone had a Turkish coffee? There's a shop here that makes an amazing Turkish coffee and it's perfect for someone who loves a black as fuck coffee. The grinds are ground finely, boiled in water 3 times until it foams each time, and served without filtering. Fan fucking tastic.
