not sure what the dreamtime and the rainbow serpent have to do with any of this. The rainbow serpent is the creator and caretaker of waterholes and rivers in australia according to aboriginal dreamtime stories. not sure about art deleting negativity sounds a bit hillsong church to me. art is a represention of an artists mindset at the given time of creation and has nothing to do with positivity, negativity, peace or anything of the like.
