Open a record store, a record label and recording studio, and a screenprinting studio/business. I'd be a happy man.

As a side venture, I'd run a music venue/bar that featured only new, local, or struggling young bands.

have someone killed and make it look like an accident. or not.

I would do a lot of travelling, have a well-equipped studio, and become a patron of arts and music.
There would be no application process, no grant-writing bullshit. Just my own personal discretion and a nice surprise for the recipients. I already have a list in mind.
