One thing I like to do is go over to rateyourmusic.com, find a year and just start browsing the top 1000 records rated for that year. There's always a bunch of interesting covers that warrant a youtubing at least.

this thing is gorgeous IRL, it's got a metallic finish. also the gloves are smaller in proportion-- this is probably a DVD cover.
