I'm sure there's an adult movie theatre near his college neighborhood.

static-harmony 10.12.2006 04:27 PM

just came back to say that would have worked fine except for the brainwashing.

a summer of toilet-cleaning will have the same effects, with the benefits that he'll still be able to form his own opinions. if toilet-cleaning is not available, working as a farmhand or dockworker should do the trick. oh yes! shit-jobs are great for the soul.

and i really gotta go or i'll have to get a shit-job myself...

gmku 10.12.2006 04:29 PM

Really, I appreciate the suggestions, everyone.

static-harmony 10.12.2006 04:30 PM

I have a shit-job working with fucking wannabe hardcore managers.

gmku 10.12.2006 04:38 PM

15-year-old daughter, eh... What my son could really use is a girlfriend. There would be a four-year gap, of course, but my son is very well-intentioned.

golden child 10.12.2006 04:56 PM

GREAT!
so did you acually tough up and play video games with him today?

Alex's Trip 10.12.2006 05:23 PM

If he likes video games, get him a preorder for the Nintendo Wii ($250). Or if you want something pricey a PS3 preorder (the PS3's will be 500-600 bucks though). The PS3 preorders are hard to get my dad (being the nerd he is) was second in line to get one at EB games, and luckily for him there were 2 preorders available.

everyone sounds really rich. suggesting presents that would cost hundreds of dollars or more.
i think you should let him work for the expensive things. get him something kool but less pricey. books or something.

Trasher02 10.14.2006 02:08 PM

Yeah. I mean, what 19 year old kid needs a 300-600 birthday present. I'm 16 and I got a few cards and something like 50 dollars from everyone. Working for stuff is the only way to go.
