i think i'm going to look for a job at an art gallery while still doing my whatever on the side. i've had a nap and thought about it a bit and it seems like something enjoyable (and different) that i could do for at least a while.

I dreamed last night that Porky's album got released as a CDR on Sun City Girl's label.

When I woke up I was desperate to contact SCG to get a copy, then I realised it was a dream.

i tend to find inspiration to do things when i am really happy or really sad. thats when my head is buzzing with ideas.

I'd like to experiment with ways of taking the music that's in my head and making it something real. All my previous attempts at music-making have stalled fairly early on though, and so that makes the thought of further attempts rather daunting.

i do have times of the year when i feel the urge to do something very creative, paint, write etc but i find that music/sound is the thing that i want to do more. generally i tend to have a rough idea of what i want to do but a lot of the time there are happy accidents that occur and i like the way it sounds. i read to get a lot of ideas recently.

sometimes though i am immensly frustrated by things and i just cant seem to do what i want or have a headache etc. maybe i should start taking drugs?

never studied music. i did use to try and write songs in a traditional sense but found that i just did not connect to it and felt much more inclined to play the stuff i wanted and improvise. listening to other people/bands such as no neck and sunbunred, sonic youth, vibracathederal etc really gave me the drive and energy to do it for myself.

yes i understand. i do always look for another sollution etc well most of the time haha often i will give up!
