Same boring smells I'm afraid...cinnamon is great...
also, girlsmell. But natural girlsmell not perfume or anything. I hope to get a hit of girlsmell this evening....just hope she doesn't notice me inhaling deeply....haha. Also, kudos on the Peep Show reference Glice old boy..... |
I sure wasn't talking about perfume when I mentioned girl smell.

i love sandalwood.
when i was a kid my parents used to take me to this festival called WOMAD (world of music and dance) every year, and we would camp. and after that everytime we got the tent out i would say it had "that camping smell", not knowing what it was and not really careing. anyway last year i used the tent to camp in a friends garden and i realised that "the camping smell" is infact the smell of weed (marijuana). i never knew! my parents must have smoked shit loads of the stuff because this tent smells like its made of it. and now everytime i get stoned it reminds me of camping. |
Sandalwood is a good one.
|
i like the smell of gasoline.
i fucking hate the smell of watermelon flavored things!!! ahhhhhh it makes me want to puke!! but i wont explain why. if you wanna know the story then pm me and i will tell you. |
Ugh, I hate the smell of ketchup. The fries at my school are so greasy and topped off with an enormous amount of ketchup and so people come into the lab and it's all I smell all day. It made me ill so many times.

i may sound crazy but that's one of the best smells ever. |
I hate the smell of diesel fuel and exhaust, especially in the morning or when biking.
Concurrence on synthetic watermelon smell. |

Not crazy at all; if fresh bread smell was a woman, I'd hit it. |
People actually recommend baking bread in your house before showing it for sale! People really respond to that, apparently.
|
OK THAT'S IT!!!
i'm starting a bakery. Screw you guys i'm gonna make some bread. |
i agree with the girls smell...specially the hair smell
i also like the smell of lemons and oranges...citric in general |
Oops. Pardon my Faux Pas, smelly.
|
dear god, i could go on forever, so i won't even start. you can't drag me out of a candle shop -- i have to smell EVERY scent. apparently obsessive smelling is a sign of tourette's -- i thought i had it for a while in high school because i shook my head a lot too, but no.

The smell of diesel/gasoline on a hot day makes me nauseous.
I also concur with the watermelon. For some inexplicable reason, Inhuman, that photo makes me think of mutated female genitalia. Bon Appetit. |

People eat that. |

Are you speaking from personal experience? Oh, you were referring to donairs. |

Hip Priest, Nag Champa is the only incense I can stand.
Every other kind of incense is annoyingly strong, some have no smell, and some smell horrible. |
I used to buy that stuff by the jar.
|
I love incense, we keep an unreasonable amount in the house, use it a lot, and keep buying more. But there is, it has to be said, something very special and unique about Nag Champa - a heavy, sweet, mystical smell, ripe with the potential for meditation, revelation and epiphany. Or something...
Ypu can get Nag Champa soap, you know. I haven't tried it though - I like liquid soap myself. Sandalwood and indefinable oriental incenses are great too. |
Sandalwood makes me sick, but there are many smells from the far east that make me melt. Central Asia to be specific.
|

I tried the soap. It smells great, but makes for itchy dry skin. |

Sandalwood oil, the good quality pure stuff, is a very good natural antibiotic. Tastes f****** foul, but that's life. I like Thai and Chinese incense, but they never (at least, the ones I have) say what oils are used in them. I like the fact that their niceness is coupled with low price, and you get a huge amount of sticks in a pack. Japanese stuff, like Cherry Blossom, is beautiful. Quote:
I'll trust your word, and refrain from trying it then. The packs of Nag Champa we were selling recently contained sample sticks of some 'astrological' incense by the same people. It was quite nice. Quote:
How did I forget old books? I concur with you, 100% |
The Nag Champa people make one called Super Hit that I like a lot as well.
|
Tibetan incense too, I forgot about that - the really thick, solid stickes. Some of it I'm not keen on, but some I love. We have one that just calls itself 'healing', it's very nice.
Iaian mentioned cinnamon. Good call. |

Have you not realized that your opinions and preferences are completely insignificant in any context, and will by nature be inferior to mine?
|
Nope, especially from someone who's ego is bigger than germany and (yees and) sri lanka put together.:p
