Haha. Well, after everything I've said, I will admit that I don't at all enjoy being in the crowd of BYOP shows. It does appear to be middle school scene bullshit. But I like it, dammit!

I also like Jimmy Eat World, but I really don't think they're that talented, so insults on that front are welcome.

I don't mind Jimmy Eat World. Actually, they've got some great melodies... in fact, I don't think I've ever minded hearing them, newer stuff and older stuff.. so you might say I kind of hesitantly... somewhat... LIKE... them.

Except that stupid "EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT ALRIGHT" song.

I actually find J.E.W to be one of those bands that are quite underrated. They've done some of the best stuff in that whole emo scene. 'Work', '23', 'Hear You Me' are beautiful songs. I'm not gonna say they're the greatest thing on earth but I definitely have a soft spot for them.

Oh yeah, "The Middle". I fucking hate that song. It might just be because it was so overplayed, but I'm not sure.

The 2004 album was really good. But I don't know why. I just like them. They're almost ambient.

All three of those are great. The third one (If you mean Hear You Me, whatever) was one of the first songs I learned on guitar, though, so I'm entirely sick of it. 'Kill' is probably their best.
