I can't argue, not knowing your dad. But keep in mind that rad is much different from cool.

anal wound aside, my tail hasn't fallen off yet, so it proves I'm at least under 20 (in anal condition years)

I never surprise myself when I forget things.

It's when I forget objects places that I'm surprises. I never lose things.

Dead-Air 08.20.2008 08:11 PM

You are all children. 41. But I get carded for near beer. The secret to youth is to listen to Sonic Youth.

gmku 08.20.2008 08:14 PM

Actually I think the key is exercise and diet.

EMMAh 08.20.2008 08:14 PM

Seriously? People ID you?

Nice :D But,I guess it would get annoying.

Constantly, though a bit less in the past few years. It was annoying when I was 25. Amusing when I was 35. At this point, it's just a compliment, except that it doesn't do anything for the aches my body feels which are pretty much on schedule.

gmku 08.20.2008 08:17 PM

Speaking of which, can anybody recommend an exercise routine?

I have one but I think it takes too much time. Here's what I do, 5-7 days a week.

For an hour in the morning, the S.O. and I exercise to Gilad's aerobics and body sculpting shows. (He's really good, the only fitness instructor on TV I can stand).

After S.O. goes to work, about an hour later, I run in place for 20 minutes in combination with some hand weight exercises. I follow this with 30-40 situps and 40-50 pushups.

It's a good routine but like I say, it takes up some time. A good 90 minutes of the morning.

I also walk about 3 miles a day with the dogs.

Suggestions very welcome.

EMMAh 08.20.2008 08:23 PM

Sounds to me like you're doing pretty good. I'm no exercise guru though ahaha.
