I'm pretty sure the bone that broke is because I twisted my ankle the wrong way, which is the number one cause of broken bones in feet.
I'll post a picture soon. The huge swollen bruise over the break is like a rainbow - blue, purple, red, and green!
As for the vike - I think it probably expired. Fuck.

ive taken a lot of hits and i even busted a windshield with my head as a projectile but ive never broken a bone (knock on wood)

then again my dad fed me cod liver oil as a kid ha ha ha ha-- he's, let's say, peculiar.

but you should have your bone density checked & all. just in case. i mean some feet twist & break, other twist & break the tendon but not the bone, it all depends. check yr bones yo. just saying.

Only other bone I've ever broken was my nose when I was little. I was hoping I'd go through life with no broken bones... oh well.

Turns out my toe is fractured too but it doesn't hurt at all.

you shouldn't take too much of that shit though because it's got a lot of vitamin A which is fat soluble so it will build up in your system and become toxic.

I'm glad I have a fellow sun hater. My skin is that weird olive color that looks weird if I'm tan or not... so I just avoid it cause if I do get a tan I look mexican or middle-eastern.
My lymph nodes would always get swollen when I would get sick and my parents thought I was faking it, turns out I had (and still have) a chronic bronchial infection. Meh.

It is depressing.
I'm depressed enough as it is that I even broke my foot and can't walk... I can't imagine what breaking two would be like.
