I was left ten grand in someone's will a little while back, and I considered blowing it all on hiring a venue for a day and getting a load of bands that I liked to come and play.

That never happened, which is a little bit of a shame, but on the other hand, I have a much nicer bathroom in my house than before, the heating and hot water system now work properly, and I have a better hi-fi.

That would understandable if I was to use it on current living expenses, but my imagination would have me use this money to move back to a city. I think it takes less imagination to list off the typical shit I would buy with a disposable income (music, books, various electronic devices).
