Are the free WOW servers any good? I couldn't bring myself to pay a monthly fee for a video game.

the "free" client-side hacked servers are pointless as there are no players other than those that the server admins allow on.

and I don't know about you, but I could spend well over $15 a month on video games that are beat within weeks (and never played again).

No, I'm not. EVE is what I imagine keeps contemporary American Psychos from killing homeless people. It has upset the urban ecosystem.

However, it is the only MMO that I have played for more than an hour (except for Guild Wars but that I'm too ashamed).

the economy is interesting, but there's only so much veldspar that one man can mine.

WoW at least has more action...and at least one very hot girl.

Mining is the worse, I made my ISK in transporting.

my understanding of druid-powers is pretty minimal, and with the changes to spirit (and the ooc/5 sec rule) I dont' know if mp/5 is better now.

think mp/5 is better for boomkins, while spirit remains viable for resto....

not sure it matters....think they are completely removing spirit soon (few ever understood its value).

I may have been one of those peoples. I just knew of it's mana regen power...not much else. Didn't they change it to increase crit or something?

depends on spec and class. with my priest, I stacked so much spirit that I never went out of mana. big numbers are great, but longevity wins the fight.
