Those are the exact same ages my girlfriend/her ex were when they first fucked. And given the fact that we're both the type of people that post on a Sonic Youth forum, I'd like to think that there are some definite parallels in these situations.

Whether she comes running back or not, you can't let her treat you like that. She seems too comfortable in the fact that you'll always be there chasing after her. Let her chase you around for a while.

It may take a second. But if the relationship is really worth it to her, she'll realize what she did wrong. You just had to beat her over the head with it. You're experienced now and other chicks will see that and want that plus chicks like to date other chick's guys cause to them it's a contest. She's hanging on to you treating you the way he's treating her just to make herself feel better about herself because she's really totally insecure. Trust me on that one. I lurk quite a bit - I find that usually either being off my tits or hungover, as I am now, inspires me to post. But I like to read - I often don't think that my opinion is valid and try to keep my shit talking to a minimum, if possible. It's also like life where I've never really ever felt part of a group or community.
All that being said T&A really gets me off.
