I'm baking chocolate pecan brownies, and figured I'd pop by to pass the time while they cook.
|
This is a rather slow hour for the board, unfortunately, but good luck with the brownies.

Morning.
I just woke up from a vicodin-induced series of crazy dreams. Like I was on my own dating show and a bunch of my exe's were on and I told them off and then I bought a lot of shit for myself because I'm vain and cool. Then I was trying to save a bunch of horses from my former high-school. Then I was digging up random things with a giant spoon, wtf? Typing sentences is still difficult though. |
that sounds like a weird night, terrible.
i had a pretty weird dream after which point where i thought things were going really good and thought to myself "this is only a dream" and woke up. |
i woke up and i ate watermelon but still im not awake
what is up with that |
i woke up, drove with my family to pick up my brother, and dropped him off at the airport. all before 7 am. i feel dead.

You need to soak your watermelon in coffee. Or Red Bull. That'd work, senor. So how's life going for you and your missus? |
It's barely 8:46 pm here. What morning.
|
Good morning. Been awake for 30 minutes now and am already bored. what a waste of a weekend.
|

Mám se dobře, ale trochu unavený, ale to nevadi - dnesko budu se relaxovat až do 6 hodin odpoledne, a potom pojedu metrem do Camdenu, abych viděl Converge, který je "kick ass" skupina.

Melly's Dublin friends say it, but not as much as "what's the craic?". You're right about the "that's grand" usage. I should be off to Dublin next month for a bit of fun, relaxation and punk rock action. And Guinness, of course. |
i love dublin. i would live there.
|
Dublin is a great place, once you know where to hang out. My friends live to the South of the Liffey (off Camden Street), and it's always a pleasure to trawl the city with them. Good record shops, some nice 'n' funky markets, lovely cafes, and genuinely nice people. I wouldn't live there per se (I love London too much), but I love visiting there.
|
i went into a record shop there once and they had to chain the shirts up to keep people from stealing them
the irish are really lovely people, too |
I saw The Ex there last Feb, and music/crowd/vibe-wise, it was one of the best gigs I've been too in many a long time. The Irish sure know how to party .
