What is amazing to me is how many groups out there are recording music these days. Back when I first started to buy music in the sixties all there was, was vinyl so you had to hope you caught the ear of some music guy and then he went to his label then they recorded your stuff. Today anybody can publish their stuff put it out on the web and viola have a career in music. If you're good somebody will spread the word for you.

Most people would probably disagree with me but I hate that Dirty Projectors album.
And I dislike The xx... At least they had Basinski but I thought they would have him higher than that... weird. |
Have no idea what "the XX" is, sounds like a joke band.

It's some boring "indie" band things like the NME have been pushing... surprised to see The Wire is so into it.
