its a jim henson film, written by neil gaiman. its from about 2005? I only just got around to watching it.. I borrowed it from a friend about a year ago and only just sat down and put it in the player last night.

its pretty rad for the visuals.

Oh my God Rob, I went to see this too when it came out over here - easily the worst film I've ever seen at the cinema - thoroughly deadening and unfunny drivel from start to finish. And that fucking cover of Soul Man with Lou "Just gimme my paycheck, motherfucker!" Reed - argh!!!

it is really heavily CGI, but they dont try to hide it so I think it works. but yeh. :)
