Nefeli - if you can, try to drink herbal tea at work - it's quite refreshing, and in time you'll be used to not having to drink coffee during the day. I'm drinking less coffee at present, and am aiming to limit my coffee intake to the weekend. I've started smoking again though, which I'm not happy about (I'm trying to limit my smoking too, and hopefully I can stop smoking again)

speaking of, what's your limit?
i'm lucky i'm just a casual smoker (i only smoke when i'm out and drink, which means ... erm, I haven't had a cigarette for almost 3 weeks now).

i'm very grateful for the fact that, when sober, cigarettes just don't taste good to me.
