Supremely average. Had nice moments but just couldn't keep it all together. Seemed like a stab at something Welcome to the Dollhouse esque but was totally ignorant to the strange surrealist qualities that made that movie good.



Very interesting thriller that takes an extremely cliche plot and executes it in a way that's very intriguing. It's a movie that plays mostly with sounds. Sound is 90% of this movie and the driving force for the suspense. And the punchline says something kind of cool about how we interpret fear.



This movie was pretty slick. Kind of brief feeling, the motivations are very simple, which is part of it's charm. Has a bit of a Of Mice and Men vibe, and the camaraderie between Vick and Blood is a total joy to watch. Crude, both in content and in filming, it's a riot with a great ending.

hmm. I'd rate them on quality, because a good docu can make something you have no interest in seem amazing.

I saw Iron Man 2 the other day, it was better than I thought it would be. I've got tickets to a preview screening tonight of the Nightmare on Elm St remake, I expect it will suck.

Probably, though I can't imagine anyone better cast as Freddy than Haley.

you know, mean girls is good in every way a movie can be good. one of my all time favorites. have probably watched it 8 times.

A: I wuz on vacation in America, standing outside Kurt Cobain's house in Seattle Washington, thinking about how horrible his Death wuz, when my girlfriend at the time, Ameara LaVey called me on my cel phone. I told her, "We are going to make a movie about a dimension of the parapsychological synchronistic events that took place during the Last Six Days of Kurt Cobain's Life." Ameara said that sounded like fun, and so we went about shooting SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS as the depiction of the Death of a girl named Angela Aberdeen, and what led up to her suicide during the EXACT SAME time period as Kurt Cobain's Suicide. I am obsessed with Carl Jung�s theory of Synchronicity: this theory postulates that if there are enough so-called coincidences, that at first seem to be "acausal", or meaningless, but are all piled up on each other, and are all tangled up in some kind of progression of a narrative, -- although at first seemingly unrelated and fragmented -- they can create a snowball effect of exponential coincidental meaning, and when these coincidences surround an event or a related series of events, they can surpass the "threshold of coincidence", and can reveal a much deeper, profound, beautiful, transcendent meaning. Because of my interest in Carl Jung and in this case Synchronicity, the "coincidence" of my location at Cobain's House and the phone call by Ameara LaVey cause me to think of making SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS.

I've probably seen Mean Girls 30-40 times. Seriuosly. Easily one of my favorite comedies. It's so perfect.

the new Nightmare on Elm St film sucked so much I walked out after about 45 mins

new nightmare on elm street is out?! jesus, I had no idea. i watched that trailer forever ago and it looked like garbage, so..

came out today. I'll see it eventually, just to see it but I'm in no rush. I still haven't seen the Last House remake. I think you all know that Craven is one of my favorite directors, so it bugs me these remakes, but I can't help but want to see them just to see what they did to them.

well the remake is produced by michael bay, and somehow manages to be even worse than anything he directed

even if it's total shit, I'm sure I'd rather watch that than Transformers.
