Again. Because now is actually the appropriate season to fully indulge in it. And because it's so damn good.

it's not streaming in full yet on bandcamp, I have the physical copy. The instrumentals are a bit too much freakjazz to my likings, but her wordspeak as she calls it is very powerful and the track her mighty waters run Ï could listen to in repeat all day long. It features members of Silver Mt Zion on the choir vocals.

this was my Sunday morning playlist:

1. Clittenband
the music sounds like its depressing slowcore-like especially in this live session, but their lyrics (in Dutch) are very ironic and all about sex. Difficult to translate into English without losing it's ingenuity. In the last song for instance they sing: "I lick your fingers, I want you inside me". But I really like their melodies

Hadn't listened to both of these Low albums in a long long while, because I had listened to them so much over a long time. But goddamn, they're so good.

A lil over a year ago I fell off the wagon for a final lost weekender up in the Catskills. We rehearsed, we rambled, we... had a party! Featuring the Violators, the Sadies, Matt Sweeney and others in the orbit. Bottle It In is 1 year old. Just a wee pup. "That was fun... yesterday... when we raged... what a ride." Watch the (bottle back) documentary from that weekend https://youtu.be/GiB9fKdFEpg

Hard to fathom LOW releasing better back-2-back albums!

If you have these on vinyl, what do you think of the etching on Side 4 of TWLITF?
