No, total since 9/18/2006, only counting when I've listened to them on Itunes or my Ipod.

Yeah, if I counted my old computer and all the times I've played them actual cds, I'd be around 2-4k listens. And SY would be around 10k instead of 2k.

That happened to me after Dino Jr, the high pitched went away by morning but the static and sounding like I was underwater persisted for 3 days.

Since my first Dinosaur Jr, the hearing in my left ear occasionally picks up a painful high pitch ring. Most often from my laptop speakers.

Next time I go to ANY show, I'm bringing ear plugs.

I've brought ear plugs to the last two shows I've went to (Mars Volta and Vivian Girls) and haven't used them. My hearing is back to normal by morning. If I get to go see A Place To Bury Strangers like I hope I can, I'll definitely be using them.

I've never used ear plugs before. I've been to some pretty loud shows. But the ceiling height of the venue mixed with the high treble = me not hearing anything but chipmunk noises. Maybe a few bat calls and a dog whistle.

These day's I think I'd be inclined to take earplugs to any concert I go to. My wife really wants to see Duran Duran when they play in Dallas, and I know I'll need earplugs for that.

I'm just scared that one day my ears will be like *pop* and be gone. I even spent $15 on some HEAROS before the last show and brought them with me, but was too busy having a blast to put them in.
