When I see a Trump rally and there are some very young people in the background, wearing the hat and applauding and shouting, I just want to cry.

As always, I continue to hope for the end of the world. Just take everyone out all at once, let no one carry on.

but no, see, since hope is a lie it cannot be relied upon to fight depression. there has to be something else that is not mañana. that’s what im looking for.

how do you persevere in hopelessness? do you know what i mean? hope is for the naive. so, if you have no hope, how do you keep going? cheerfully even?
