Urgh starting to feel like Watford are arch rivals now. Gobby cunts.

Anyway, Hoffenheim. Do wonder how they'll do without everyone's favourite wunderkind Nagelsmann when he goes to Bayern this summer

!@#$%! 02.09.2019 01:23 PM

Watford are horrible. One of those eternally boring clubs who get by on being quite well run but have all the personality of an ikea bookshelf.

but they brought snakes!

(also: i love ikea bookshelves. the white ones. they disappear like the helvetica font)

(also this model is only 39 bucks. you can even throw it away when you move)

demonrail666 02.10.2019 06:06 AM

Nothing wrong with ikea bookshelves, but they're there to support, not be supported.

hahaha

but i don’t support anyone!

i just like them as long as they play in entertaining ways...

can’t say that of watford. but the snakes were hilarious

anyway speaking of entertainment, what do you think of king le... i mean sarri? his team fucking him? man city 5 chelsea 1 today? or surprises?

demonrail666 02.10.2019 08:19 AM

Chelsea do have a reputation for screwing their managers but so far Sarri's hardly done much to suggest he can turn it around. Maybe Hiquain's the answer but they really need to get the best out of Hazard - and he's notoriously streaky at the best of times.

!@#$%! 02.10.2019 08:49 AM

i feel sorry for the old man

anyway you guys need to introduce var

that dumb ref carded son for a penalty on him lololo. yes?

demonrail666 02.10.2019 09:20 AM

I'm not watching it but I agree in principle about VAR

it’s been a lively and eventful game so far—be sure to catch highlights!

spurs 3 lezter 1 in the end

!@#$%! 02.10.2019 11:20 AM

3-0 at 18’

not 5-1 yet....

i wonder if they’ve made him cry in despair

demonrail666 02.10.2019 12:25 PM

They're certainly making me cry. My closest Fantasy Football rival has Aguero and I don't.

Did you out Higuain in?:D

Trust me to fall asleep and miss the whole thing. Gotta love Aguero in more ways than is right for a straight man to love another man.

!@#$%! 02.10.2019 01:00 PM

man i expected 5-1 they made a fool of me with that score

demonrail666 02.10.2019 01:05 PM

I didn't see it. Were MC brilliant or were Chelsea just awful?

!@#$%! 02.10.2019 01:06 PM

both

demonrail666 02.10.2019 01:07 PM

Either way it looks like Sarri-vaderci

Yeah, I'd agree with that. Don't like this idea of players downing tools cos they don't like the manager. Football has changed in that the manager has to be seen as a mate to players. Take managers like Klopp and Solskjaer the dynamic is different. Players are far too sensitive for sure (sorry if that makes me sound like an old man). Mourinho and Conte have shown that I think. You can't see Clough or even Ferguson being able to be the managers they were.

demonrail666 02.10.2019 01:31 PM

Absolutely agree, but we know the manager's always the one to go in these situations, Everyone knows the trouble maker at Chelsea is Hazard but still the club is doing all it can to keep him.

!@#$%! 02.10.2019 02:04 PM

no sarri press conference yet?

!@#$%! 02.11.2019 11:29 AM

wolfitos play today! i might keep 1 eye on them @ work. such a nice fucking little team. ah!

too much racket. i need to focus. fucking monday!

h8kurdt 02.12.2019 03:47 AM

I'm totally expecting Jorge Mendez to start shopping all the wolves players around this summer.

In other news Aaron Ramsey has the best agent in the business next to Roberto Martinez. Somehow he's due to be getting 400k a week at Juventus. What I'd do for a fraction of that a week.

demonrail666 02.12.2019 04:12 AM

Wait. Aaron Ramsey is gonna get 400k a week?!?!! Like ... what?!?!?

h8kurdt 02.12.2019 04:24 AM

Yup. Think that's mine, yours, and everybody else's reaction *does best Mark Lawrenson voice* the game is gone

Edit:now back to reality. Gordon Banks has died. England's greatest ever goalkeeper (sit down David James) and for a period the great goalkeeper ever. Every interview I saw of him he always came across as a totally decent bloke. Friend of mine who was about when he was playing said that once he shut Liverpool out at Anfield and the scousers were singing "He's the best goalkeeper in the land". You don't hear that kind of thing very often.

Yep, a genuine national sporting hero

Genuinely astounded at the Ramsey deal, though. Not much surprises me in football anymore but that might be the most bizarre yet. His injury record alone makes him not worth even half that in my opinion.

The Sun got it right: we should bring his agent in to negotiate Brexit.

Ajax hardcore fans have been keeping the Madrid players awake last night:

Ha!

Good game last night with Man Utd against PSG. Mbappe is something else. Feel like he's one of those players like Messi who gets shit for supposedly just walking around doing nothing but only needs the tiniest of spaces to score a goal. Those kind of players are smart enough to know when to run and when to ease back. Not saying he's as good as Messi, mind. So many times where Mcmanaman was moaning about how deep Mbappe was playing and saying he needs to be playing out side. He quickly shut up after the first, nevermind the second goal.

My and friend were talking about terms we hate people using wrong (ironic etc). I said how mine is people using ie. and eg. wrong. No sooner had I said that the pillock Mcmanaman said "think Rashford needs another player upfront with him ie/Lukaku" fuming.

!@#$%! 02.13.2019 09:41 AM

ah shit ive been spacing the champions due to work

makes for looooong lunches! (too long...)

ie? how ironic! sarcasm...

_tunic_ 02.13.2019 03:44 PM

fucking
VAR

!@#$%! 02.13.2019 03:53 PM

holy shit! spurs v dortmund!

thanks for the reminder

sorry about your troubles?

_tunic_ 02.13.2019 04:22 PM

On the first half Ajax scored but the VAR cancelled it due to offside

Now Madrid scored :(

!@#$%! 02.13.2019 04:43 PM

spurs too much for dortmunds’s defense

first son, now verthongen...

and now llorente, god damn...

h8kurdt 02.13.2019 04:45 PM

Slaaaayyyeeddd

They certainly kicked it up in this 2nd half.

!@#$%! 02.13.2019 04:53 PM

holy shit

3-0 is gonna be really hard to overcome for dortmund with no goals abroad

might as well play the subs and focus on the bundesliga title...

demonrail666 02.13.2019 05:03 PM

Remember it's Spurs. If one team knows how to throw away a golden opportunity it's them.

eh... wish it could happen, but dortmund would have to win 4-0, or 5-2, etc...

maybe you’ll get the satisfaction of seeing them lose in the next round
