Yah, the Coens rule and Barton Fink is my favorite film by them. Blood Simple is a close 2nd.

wasn't really into it the first 45 minutes or so but the rest was a total headfuck

The thing that always impresses me with that film is the size of everyone's apartment in it. They're huge.

The first 45 minutes are amazing! The camera zooming in and out as Sam Neil is throwing chairs and shit, hahaha.

But yeah the second half with the oil ooze squid type monster and shit is golden. Amazing film.

Well I didn't say they were bad... I just wasn't into it for that time. Sam Neil throwing the chairs is great.

I think it is the type of movie which requires multiple viewings though.
