scary. Brrrr.

Jeez, that really gave me the shivers.

I was ran into (well, kind of) by a bus one day. In Argentina traffic is very disorderly and everybody was waiting for the bus...down on the street. Suddenly the bus arrived and everybody went to the sidewalk quickly. I miscalculated I think. In fact I don't know what went through my mind then; it was as if everything was in slow motion or I freaked out. (I was not taking any drugs neither was I drunk if you ask). The bus hit me and I went flying into the arms of my friend who had wisely chosen to climb into the sidewalk. Funny thing about it is me and everybody was so shocked I just climbed the bus and asked for my ticket and the bus driver was kinda melting his fingers into the wheel. I went first because nobody moved, so I thought well let's do something. That was weird, now I'm grown up and that sort of thing doesn't happen in my life anymore. I'm getting boring it seems .

Now I am extra careful like everybody should be.

Almost got hit by a SUV on my bike. It was one of those roads that nobody ever turns down, but in this case...

i have been in a car smash before, which is one of the reasons i dont like driving.

screamingskull 02.16.2007 11:57 AM

Ive been in 5 car crashes now, 3 with my dad, 1 with my mum, and one with a child minder i had as a kid. In all 5 the car has been written off. Pretty scary, luckly i don't remember most of them.

i started this thread because i wanted to post something banal, sympathy seeking and self-absorbed, i thought the thread would sink without trace, i thought people would see through what i was doing, but here we are days later and people are still talking.

Only because even the most mundane details of your life are so much more exciting than the rest of ours!

Savage Clone 02.16.2007 03:24 PM

Well, that's what I assumed you were doing but you accidentally made the thread more interesting that you intended. I'm sure you could have made it more mundane if you'd tried.
