Why is it that many men refuse to wear a rubber, and do not think of the consequence?

Men produce approx. 200 million sperm every day and it can easily drain all their focus on sex as oppose to safety. Many just never get the realization that an orgasm doesn't mean the world, so they want as good of an orgasm as possible. Orgasms are temporary, and STD's can be there for good. Men can be stupid.
