Gyms are gay. It's all about stealth-health. Cycling to work to save money on buses. Walking everywhere to save money on cars. Playing sports for the social thing/ sadism. Swimming for the masochism. Saves me loads of money on a gym membership that'd just make me skint and guilty.

thats not unreal. for a dream month while i was at university, i was swimming in olympics standards pool and as i was swimming all i could see each time my face was inside the water, was hamburgers. one after the other.

the other exercise i do every day, is lifting the weight of a cigarette.

sometimes while lifting cigarettes, i get up and go for a 10-15 ft walk. every now and then i'll do a 50 ft. loop at a quick loitering pace.
