The most tiring sequence I don't hear but read would be :

Hearing the word Sarkozy doesn't wear me down that much now, as it mostly is used properly; things get smooth when Germany, Ireland and the rest lift their eyebrows in disbelief. A couple of years ago it was the suffix "... fun times!" used in irony but thats died out. Now everyone seems to think its funny to use the suffix "... for the win!" in irony. I really dont get why everyone en masse starts picking these things up, i mean fashion fads are one thing but Language Fads just cross my line.
