Everytime I switch on the radio, I discover a new band that really bugs me.

the one band would be R.E.M.
then, it would be Coldplay

I don't mind REM, but I totally agree about Coldplay. God... they're awful.

Not a band, but Bob Marley really gets on my nerves more than anyone. I'd also add Codeine, Sleater-Kinney, and Vampire Weekend to the list.

Coldplay.

I usually don't mind listening to awful bands on the radio, they usually give me a laugh but Coldplay give me a HEADACHE. I'm not lying, they actually do give me headaches.

When I laughed at a friend for praising the new Coldplay album he called me close-minded. LOL!

I totally agree with people that said Vampire Weekend and MGMT. Those two bands really bug me. Or, well, not really THEY bug me, but the way they're overhyped. People present them as hyper creative and original and stuff, I just find them banal and cold. I think they suck big time. Besides that, not a single music magazine (at least in France) has mentionned Mahjongg's album, and I think it would deserve much more praise: now that's something original (well, at least more original than MGMT), and that Kontpab sure contains 9 excellent tracks - and it's accessible music, I think, Problems could easy made it on the radio.
