Old Offspring isn't bad, just stay away from anything they have done in pretty much the last 10 years. Ignition and Ixney On The Hombre are good IMO.

I really like the white stripes in theory. I'll listen to them when I am in the mood.

Failing that there's no "I'd rather stick my dick in a toaster than listen to a White Stripes album" option, I went with "they suck."

The White Stripes are HORRIBLE. Usually I can stomach most mainstream bands but there really isn't anything good about that band at all.

I bought all of their records when I was 15. I like everything they've done, except Icky Thump which is terrible in my opinion. They sure have some really good songs
