ive been saving up for that henry cow box, im not prepared to make master list yet. american tapes has been blowing my mind releaser after release these days

i really like the waterspots side of thier split with iovae. shared members with blues control, and really great ominous, drugged, sittin by the dock of th bay, dronescapes. thier live shows are awesome, a dude and a chick nealin on the ground with elctronics and a great flourescent blue, light tube fixture setup. totally stoned.

hospital and arbor are the two most impressive labels right now i think. dom has really stretched the boundaries of what hospitalis bout these last three years, its just like total 80s darkness worship; industrial, power electronics, cold minimalism, synthpop, black metal, shit, just awesome stuff. by the way, does anyone pay any attention to excepter's stream? cause the STREAM 58 they've released last month was fantastic, especially some parts (I think the one I enjoy the most is around 45:00)

This may sound weird but that sounds heavenly. I enjoy listening to music the most when driving.

I don't know if reissues count but I picked up Red Red Meat - Bunny Gets Paid after only having heard Califone before and it's quality.

The new Gutbucket release is good. The new Faust is as expected...Awesome.

I really liked Wavves at first but found I tired of them quickly.

I was totally tryin to avoid Wavves, Vivian Girls, all that stuff for a while. You have no idea how pissed I was to hear the pretty much both bands perform as advertised. I havnt heard "Wavvves" but I have heard "Wavves", in fact my last plain flight from Boston to Tucson I musta listened to it on my ipod about four times. Addictive as fuck.

Does anyone like Heavy Winged? Theyre like really heavy tribal improv noise rock, and I love them
